Russ McKenzie

CEO

Prior to starting nTrust, Russ spent 35 years working with several blue chip companies, in a variety of roles, including Head of IT for British Airways Travel Shops. It’s this in-depth IT industry experience that allows nTrust to stand out from other IT companies.

Eric Whitehead

CTO

Eric has over 30 years experience in IT, including working at Air Miles on their 6 million strong customer loyalty database, and supporting the call centre of 600 staff. Prior to forming nTrust, he supported the 25 British Airways Travel Shops, overseeing their CRM, MIS and back office applications. This IT industry knowledge is invaluable to our clients and is one of the main reasons why nTrust is a successful and growing company.

Dave Brittain

Technical Account Manager

David joined nTrust in 2013. He now manages nTrust’s key clients, ensuring that their IT and cyber security needs are always met. Regular Service Reviews allow David to understand clients’ plans for business growth and provide appropriate strategic guidance. He also manages IT projects and provides a high level of support. David holds the Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) in Windows 7 qualification and is studying for a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) in Windows Server.

Project Coordinator

Jez joined nTrust in 2011. As Technical Lead he plans projects for both our SME and large corporate clients. This involves organising internal resources to ensure technical aspects of projects are delivered efficiently, researching and implementing technologies into new and existing environments and ensuring project requirements and timescales are met.

AWS Support Engineer

Chris has joined our team so that we can provide Amazon Web Services (AWS) Support to small businesses.

Chris is an AWS Solutions Architect, which means he is able to strategically design well-architected distributed systems that are scalable, resilient, efficient and fault-tolerant.

He’s helping our clients’ AWS systems to run efficiently, as well as identify cost-saving opportunities to reduce spend on AWS services.
