Dean joined nTrust in 2021, bringing with him extensive customer service experience from the retail sector, paired with a strong passion for technology.
Since then, he has continually advanced his technical expertise and currently holds several certifications, including CompTIA Security+, Microsoft 365 Certified – Enterprise Administrator Expert, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
Promoted to Helpdesk Manager in January 2022, Dean has successfully guided the team through various challenges. He now leads a talented group of six technical engineers, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, as well as fostering team recognition and professional development.
