Dean joined nTrust in 2021, bringing with him extensive customer service experience from the retail sector, paired with a strong passion for technology.
Since then, he has continually advanced his technical expertise and currently holds several certifications, including CompTIA Security+, Microsoft 365 Certified – Enterprise Administrator Expert, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
As an AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Dean strategically designs well-architected distributed systems that are scalable, resilient, efficient and fault-tolerant. He’s helping our clients’ AWS systems to run efficiently, as well as identify cost-saving opportunities to reduce spend on AWS services.
