Deputy Helpdesk Manager

Sam joined nTrust in 2022, bringing valuable experience from the customer service and retail sectors, alongside a lifelong passion for technology. Sam holds a degree in Game Design, earned in 2017, which further deepened her understanding of technical and creative problem solving. Recently, she successfully completed a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Information Communications Technician – Azure Cloud Support Specialist, expanding her expertise in Cloud technologies. Promoted to Assistant Helpdesk Manager in April 2024, Sam has played a key role in supporting the team’s operations and is committed to delivering top-tier service while contributing to the professional growth of her colleagues.
