nTrust is a managed service provider, providing support to businesses throughout the South of England and beyond. We take on the role of our clients’ IT departments, managing all aspects of their infrastructure and become the first point of call for technical support, which is where you’d come in.
We support a wide range of clients from single person to larger businesses across multiple locations with up to 250 users.

As part of your role you will work within our helpdesk and provide support to our client base.
This first level support role will provide extensive experience to develop your learning with our partnered training provider.
- First line support for all clients, from first call to resolution
- Provide remote and on-site support, telephone and email diagnosis
- Accurate ticket logging and documentation
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised
- Excellent communication skills
- A clear and friendly telephone manner
- GCSE English and Maths
- Keen and reliable
- An interest in all things tech!
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Level 3 IT Infrastructure Technician Apprenticeship or equivalent
- 1 year of Helpdesk experience

Office times are 8:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday.
Pay is £18,000 – £21,000 per year.
