Careers at nTrust

We actively encourage all our staff to develop and evolve their skills through learning, it’s how we grow.

It's because of our amazing team that we have a 97% client retention rate and continually deliver an exceptional service to our customers.

Our ambitious plans for the next three years mean that we need to double the number of employees in our IT Support Team. The introduction of an apprenticeship scheme supports these plans.

Poppy, who belongs to Allison our Finance Manager, agrees that “nTrust is a fun place to work”. We’ve recently refurbished our offices, which features open plan working, a new fully fitted kitchen, showers and staff lounge. Spare desks in the office are rented to other companies, providing a diverse and friendly working environment.

You can unwind and relax with colleagues using our PS4 and start the weekend with Cheese & Wine o’clock on Fridays.

"Of course, most of the time we get on with the serious task of doing our job, but nTrust is a good fun place to work too."
