The problem

A tech-savvy design consultancy providing audio visual services for high-profile clients has a highly mobile team who need to collaborate regularly. They found their onsite server was no longer appropriate and migrated their email and document sharing to Google, however the office-based administrative team still needed the server to access their accounts software. A large server with capacity for twenty-five users was not the most cost effective way to run the legacy accounts system with just two users. Nor was it the best use of office space!

How we helped

nTrust replaced the company server with a virtual server hosted in a secure Surrey datacentre. We installed the accounting software and made it available to both users.
